Deposit
50% deposit is required on the time of the booking and this is non-refundable unless Petya Nikolova Photography fails to appear for the session without giving prior notice, then a full refund will be given to the client. The deposit secures the booking for the client and covers the time for the session by Petya Nikolova Photography. The remaining payment is required at the time of the session or no images or prints will be released before the full payment is made! Deposit should be paid via Bank Transfer or cash!
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the appointment by any reason, the deposit will be non-refundable! If the client or Petya Nikolova Photography require the booking to be moved, alternative dates will be offered by Petya Nikolova Photography. If for any circumstances the client can not attend, please let Petya Nikolova Photography know as soon as possible or we reserve the right to cancel the session and not refund the deposit!
Returns and refunds
Once the portrait products have been checked, collected and sign for, no returns or refunds will be accepted! For any purchases made on our website for shoots or photo products, if you withdraw from that purchase within 14 days, then Petya Nikolova Photography will refund the cost of the shoots to products, minus costs of shipping and any credit/debit card charges, if any!
Session Terms & Conditions
The session will be carried out at an agreed location. If you have any requirements about place and certain type of images please let Petya Nikolova Photography know at the time of the booking! By the time of the session Petya Nikolova Photography will do all necessary steps to produce high-quality images but in case the child/children or client refuse to participate, Petya Nikolova Photography will not be held responsible and should minus the amount of the images or even cancel the session and no refund will be offered! Taking pictures or video with cell phone or any other devices during the session is strictly prohibited!
Digital images and Products
After the session is made, all the best images will be uploaded in a password protected online gallery from where you can select the digital files you would like to have. The edited images will be available to view within 14 working days of the session. There is no minimum quantity of the images for the preview and only the edited images will be added, no RAW files will be available! The images are kept into storage for a period of 6 months! Any additonal purchases are available and will be charged at the current rate at the time of unarchiving. Digital images are non-refundable under any circumstances! It is recommended to use laptop desktop to download the images and Petya Nikolova Photography will not be held responsible if your device doesn't not support the downloads and also will not be responsible for the colours of the photos opened on non calibrated handheld, work or home devices.
Products such as prints, albums, wall art are not included in the session fee and must be paid separately. No products will be ordered and release before the full payment is made. Please check the delivery time on our website before you order, please note that all products are non-refundable and can not be cancelled due to the custom nature of the products.
Editing Policy
Standard editing will be available at no additional charge to the client and includes adjusting light level, altering colours, softening or enchanting, removal spots and blemishes. Petya Nikolova Photography will never remove anything that should be there such as birthmark, freckles, scars, unless the client ask to do so. All photos are edited on color calibrated screen to ensure correct printing colours and Petya Nikolova Photography is not responsible for the quality of the products when ordered from a third party direct bu the client.

All digital images are coming with print release and client will have the full rights for them!
Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers are available for purchases. The vouchers will be valid from the date of cleared payment and will be valid for the period stated on the voucher. A name for the voucher will be required and can be given in person, by post or by email. The vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable! Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other voucher or offer!
